The Mazda MX-5 gets a facelift

Mazda announced this morning that it will be presenting a lightly updated Mazda MX-5 at the 2008 Mondial de l'Automobile de Paris, which will be held from October 2 to 19.
The photo Mazda released features a redesigned fascia. The bumper has inherited a new, larger central air intake flanked by two smaller ones containing the fog lights. The little roadster's smile now seems even wider, but, paradoxically, this latest facelift gives it an aggressive demeanour.
Mazda hasn't released any details concerning the MX-5, preferring to wait for the official launch scheduled for October 2.
