Fantastic! I have bought a number of cars over the years and never had service during the sales process that was so good. Michael Acuna the sales person was friendly and responsive and dealt with my busy schedule by replying to every question, (some repeats!) via text and email. No hard sell on anything just pointing out options and why it could be beneficial. Unlike most places there were no "Admin Fee" numbers or other things just straight accounting. Even going over and above to drop off my car to Rack Attack to get one. Tricia in accounting, generally where you they try for the final hard sell and strange numbers come up, was great, friendly honest and easy to work with. I was so impressed I asked to speak to Paul, I believe one of the owners, to tell him how impressed I was with his staff. Highly recommend them!

I was just listening to the traffic news @ 680 news and heard an ad of a Car for 0% financing, I never wanted to buy a new car due to many reasons and one of them was interest but ad sounded appealing and I dropped by at my nearest Mazda location Laird Drive, I met Tobias Leung, and I have to say I saw a good and ethical sales man ship after a long time. He was extremely knowledgeable but a good listener as well, he realized what exactly I needed and didn-t force me to buy what in my opinion could be in his benefit. I was very comfortable during the process and didn-t feel forced and that helped my made right decision. I picked up my Mazda 3 skyactiv and I believe this was one of the best decisions of my life. It is a great vehicle. I drive around 120km a day and have made a huge difference in gas consumption. MY visit to gas station are less. Excellent fuel economy and great drive everyday. I would really like to thank Tobias for helping me in this process.

We dropped into Gyro Mazda to window shop for a used car and ended up purchasing a new Mazda 3 2 hours later. Michael was a pleasure to work with. His non-pushy approach had a lot to do with us being able to take our time and come to our own decision.----I-ve been driving the car for less than a week in the city and the gas gauge is still at full. I have now had my CX5 for over a month and love its handling and its great gas mileage with the Skyactive engine. It has plenty of pep and is able to pass easily at highway speeds and provides a very smooth and quiet ride. This is my first Mazda and I am quite impressed. Mr. Michael Acuna is a great sales person who was not only pleasant, but very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in terms of explaining the features of the vehicle. My wife and I just bought are first car at Gyro Mazda. Michael Acuna and Jay-Jay where both wonderful people and helped make the process very painless. We have now owned the car for 3 weeks and it is very very pleasent easy to drive excellent handling around corners. Have only filled up one time it is the skyactive model great on gas. Very happy with the car and really can't wait until the day we might need one more car because for sure it will be a Mazda and it will be from Gyro Mazda we will for sure own Mazda for life thank you again Michael and Jay-Jay both very friendly people.
I have had my new 2012 Mazda 3 GS-SKY for just over a month, and I am now beginning to develop a true appreciation for what a wonderful vehicle it is. After 3 weeks of use, I was still on the initial tank of gas provided by Gyro Mazda, after 470 kms of mostly city driving I still had a quarter tank of gas according to the gas gauge. I then took my new vehicle on its first road trip, a day trip up to Algonquin Park to see the peak of the autumn leaf colours. The return trip was 650 kms, I left with a full tank of gas, and returned with a quarter tank left according to the gas gauge. Of note, on the drive thru Algonquin to the far eastern edge of the park, I had reason to fully appreciate the 4 wheel disc brakes standard equipment on the M3GS-SKY, when a full grown Moose stepped out of the forest right in front of my path. I panic stopped with only a few feet to spare from becoming an antler ornament. The quick handling response of this M3 vehicle could rightly be described as life-saving!--A big thank you to Toby Leung for his patient salesmanship as he accompanied me on 2 different GS-SKY test drives. Those test drives sold me on the M3GS-SKY. My experience with Gyro Mazda was only positive, and the M3GS-SKY is a perfect blend of economy, nimble handling, comfort, quickness and overall dynamic driving experience. Just wanted to send a quick email with regards to my 8 year old Mazda...
I was in about a week or so ago. Initially, I must admit, I felt disappointed that Bill Kew was on vacation. He has taken care of me and of my 8 year old Mazda since day 1.
By the way, on day 3 of owning this Mazda and being moments away from having my third child, I returned tearfully to Bill with a banged up brand new car. The accident was my fault and Bill took care of the situation brilliantly.
A week ago, I arrived with a car that needed some serious work. I was actually afraid to drive as it had a strange smell and a strange sound coming from it - as well as some significant jerking.
My husband was out of town. I didn't know what to do!
The reason for this email is that Walter helped me get my car up and running. His service was impeccable - he appreciated that I was nervous and unfamiliar with cars in general. He took time to explain every detail and his manner was warm, efficient, respectful and responsible. He was thorough. Impressive!
I just wanted to share this with you. Please acknowledge his outstanding service! It was a pleasure and relief to know that I was in Walter's capable hands!

I really wanted a new car. My choices from research were a Volkswagon Golf or a Mazda 3. Due to repair cost of a Volkswagon and other stuff I decided to go with a Mazda.--My husband went to your dealership earlier in the day with my daughter to check out the selection for me. He was treated with respect and felt very comfortable. I arrived close to the end of Ziad Shans shift on Tuesday. However, to him it didnt matter how late he had to stay to make me happy. We went for a lengthy test drive and I fell in love with the Mazda 3. Back from the drive, he went through all of the aspects of the car with me. Worked on some accessory prices and adjustments and ta-da! Then I was moved to Jay-Jay-s office to talk about finances and after a brief talk with him and some adjustments the application was done and I was waiting on approval the next day.--Jay-Jay called me first thing this morning to ask when I wanted to pick up my new car. I was so excited I could barley thing straight.--I am very happy with the service I recieved at Gyro Mazda, your atomosphere is friendly and not pushy at all. I did miss dealing with Joe and seeing JP, but, I left everything up to your staff, from booking through the internet with Jose, to paying the invoice with Prue.
Everyone is extremely nice, and the work done was superb, which makes my servicing my Mazda a breeze.
