Fitting perfectly between the current subcompact CX-3 and the compact CX-5 is the all-new CX-30 as a crossover SUV. As most expected it to be called the CX-4, it surprises the masses with the new nameplate CX-30.

Currently, a CX-4 Already exists overseas in China as an exclusive vehicle, and this isn’t a replacement for that. Likewise, this new nomenclature system is part of the rebranding revamp as Mazda is walking into the luxury division.

This vehicle is the first of its kind from Mazda and is the only SUV thus far to follow the current generation of the KODO design language, along with the 2019 Mazda 3. The 2020 Mazda CX-30 will hit Gyro Mazda at the end of the year alongside the new Skyactive-X Engines.
